We charge a flat, fixed price to come out to your home (or if you carry it in to our service center!) and diagnose the problem with your broken appliance. Our technician will explain the reason for the needed repair. He'll quote you a flat, fixed price and he'll tell you if he thinks it is worth repairing or not!
