Shipping Policy For Parts

All parts being shipped to locations in the continental US are shipped via UPS ground service.
The standard shipping & handling charge is:

Orders up to $30.00 $6.95
Orders $30.01 - $45.00 $8.95
Orders $45.01 - $60.00 $10.95
Orders $60.01 - $100.00 $14.95
Orders $100 and up $19.95

This varies only when the part being shipped is especially heavy or bulky OR if a faster method of shipment is required. (We do send parts UPS 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air if necessary.) One exception to this UPS policy is the use of Priority Mail for single repair manual orders.

International shipments go through the US Postal Service. To figure out what postage will be on an order and how long it will take to get to you, you can visit the USPS postal calculator at: http://www.usps.gov/business/calcs.htm Note: Additional handling costs are not included.

Return Policy

We cannot give refunds on special order items, installed parts, or electrical parts. All electrical parts come with a 1 year factory exchange warranty. If an electrical part that you purchased through Appliancemax Parts goes bad within 1 year, return it with the receipt and the model number & serial number of the machine the part was installed on. We will then send you a replacement part at no charge. No returns on any appliances. No returns after 10 days. There is a 20% restocking fee on all other returns.

We do our best everyday to make sure that our customers get the correct parts for their appliances, but sometimes mistakes happen. If we make a mistake, we will do everything we can to correct the error.
